Adriana Castañeda offers business mentoring programs and consulting in executive branding, corporate communication planning, and organizational leadership strategies, exclusively aimed at female executives in the financial sector. Services are provided under a personalized advisory model and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulated investment advice.
The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information about their professional situation and objectives. Adriana Castañeda undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information and to conduct the sessions with the professional diligence expected in the field of executive consulting. Both parties agree to act in good faith and with mutual respect throughout the contractual relationship.
The results of the mentoring programs depend on the client's application of the recommendations received. Adriana Castañeda does not guarantee specific results in terms of promotions, salary increases, portfolio profitability, or media positioning. The consultant's maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the contracted program. Under no circumstances shall liability be accepted for indirect damages or loss of business opportunities.
All material provided during the sessions — including guides, templates, analyses, and presentations — is the intellectual property of Adriana Castañeda and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes outside the scope of the contracted program without express written authorization.
The client may cancel their participation within the first seven days after signing the agreement, receiving a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be made. Adriana Castañeda reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Barahona, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
